It seems Billy Boy Abbott has a new resource when it comes to getting the scoop in Genoa City. That would be Crystal, better known currently as The Woman in the Green Dress.

For the longest time, The Woman in the Green Dress didn’t have any lines. Since being employed at the Grand Phoenix we have learned her name is Crystal & she is increasingly (at a slow pace) getting more lines.
Of course, she speaks with the hotel proprietor & her boss, Phyllis Summers. One day she even spoke with the now-infamous Ashland Locke. As of late, the last occurrences Crystal has had lines have been with the also infamous Billy Boy Abbott.

The Newman Media Launch party was a hit… in a few ways. Adam Newman & Victor agreed it was a success. Only in Soap Opera land…
First, how did Phyllis & Sally’s wet exchange stay out of social media? Adam kissed Sharon for 10 seconds several months back at Society & it went viral. This doesn’t make any sense.
Second, Crystal totally let Billy Boy Abbott into the Newman Media suite at the Grand Phoenix. She thought she was helping & Billy Boy & he was obviously up to no good.
The owner of the hotel’s serious boyfriend Nick Newman found Billy in the suite. How did this not get back to Phyllis? Would Crystal have been reprimanded?
Jesse Gaines Checks out of the Grand Phoenix, Confirmed by Crystal
This week, not only does Crystal have more lines, she has more lines with Billy Boy Abbott… & Billy Boy calls her by name when thanking her for her intel.
It seems Billy has found a new resource in town to help him get the scoop.
Wise choice, Billy Boy… It’s apparent that Crystal does not miss a shift at the Grand Phoenix. She is always there & it seems there are always Genoa City residents having top-secret meetings in the Grand Phoenix hotel lobby.
Crystal has to have all kinds of scoop on Young & the Restless in Genoa City…
Per Victor Newman, Billy can Take a Slow Walk off a Steep Cliff…
Billy Boy Abbott is outsmarted yet again… by his ex-father-in-law, Victor Newman.
Ashland Locke’s fake lawyer has proven to be in high demand in his ultra-short time so far in Genoa City. As Jesse Gaines has been in the process of extorting money from Ashland both Billy Boy Abbott & Victor Newman have been offering him money.
Billy Boy shows up to make the deal with Jesse Gaines. He then learns from his new resource that he has checked out of The Grand Phoenix. Ashland walks in seemingly also wanting to meet up with Jesse to tie up loose ends. Then comes Victor Newman to save the day.
Alas, Victor has paid Jesse Gaines off to leave town & to leave his daughter & her personal & professional alone.
Billy Boy puts on the full-court press to both Victor & Ashland trying to get any detail on what is actually going on. Victor invites Ashland to retreat to his ranch. Billy then reminds Ashland of when Victor forced Ashland to sign papers to sell him & Adam Cyaxeries (now Newman Media) as he was having a heart attack…

Vintage Victor Newman… Consistently dissatisfied with Billy Boy Abbott but is now retired & more chill. So chill that he paid off Jesse Gaines to lay off as a wedding gift to Victoria & Ashland. Victor hasn’t ever seen her so happy… & she’s moved on from Billy Boy.
What’s Up Next with the Woman in the Green Dress?…
Option 1: She continues to get more lines & maybe finds a love interest.
Option 2: She has more lines with Billy Boy Abbott, gets into the gray area providing him info about Genoa City’s finest, loses her job at the Grand Phoenix, Billy hires her at Chance Communications, then sleeps with her & messes things up with Lily.
