Y&R’s Summer & Kyle get married yet again… Some say it was simply a vowel renewal. There were 3 officiants so let’s call it a wedding on Young & the Restless.
Roughly 1 year ago Summer & Kyle got married in Milan but Y&R fans were not invited. This is despite all of the pomp & circumstance at Victoria & Ashland’s wedding immediately after in Tuscany.
Was this event put on to capture wedding photos of Summer & Kyle that were missed out in Milan, &/or an opportunity for Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) to safely land back in Genoa City?
Uninvited Guest, Tucker McCall via Helicopter on Y&R
Almost everyone involved in this event was most concerned about Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) & Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) getting along & not causing a scene.
Tucker McCall saw those concerned with how Diane & Phyllis would interact & raised all of them a helicopter landing at the Abbott Estate during the ceremony.

Well, at least Y&R fans were invited this time & we have photos.
Apparently, a follow-up wedding within 1 year/vow renewal requires 3 officiants. Noah Newman (Rory Gibson), Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), & Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) were all ordained & in order to re-confirm Summer & Kyle’s love.
Even Noah Newman’s date & co-event-planner Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) had a great time…
Diane Behaves, Despite her Sugar Daddy Tucker Flying In on Y&R
Diane looked absolutely stunning for this vow renewal/wedding, or whatever you would like to call it.
Good thing… Her fabulous ensemble totally distracted from her attempted held-back facial reactions to her sugar daddy arriving via helicopter to the Abbott Estate.
Y&R’s Summer & Kyle Renew, Phyllis & Nikki Reconvene
Everyone in Genoa City knows when Phyllis & Nikki are taking meetings together, there’s something coming. Y&R’s Summer & Kyle have totally picked up on it.
Ergo, Phyllis & Nikki were super low-key during Summer & Kyle’s second wedding extravaganza.
It seems Team Phyllis & Nikki are closing in on what Diane was up to in L.A. There’s speculation that when Ashley returns to GC from Paris, she’ll rejoin this unlikely team.
What if Ashley entertains Tucker’s advances only to get the scoop on Diane? Will Ashley accidently fall in love & let Phyllis & Nikki down? Or, will Ashley totally dominate & Diane will finally be pushed out of Genoa City & out of Summer & Kyle’s life?
