Y&R’s modern family enjoyed the most cheesy of Christmas celebrations in Genoa City. Thank God Phyllis Summers was in attendance to spice things up.
It’s now confirmed that Daniel’s new apartment will be seeing more ass than a toilet seat on Young & the Restless.
Daniel’s New Roommate Danny… & His Lady Friends
There are now at least four ladies in Genoa City who will use any excuse to visit Daniel’s new apartment.
By far, the most exciting of the ladies are Daniel Romalotti’s (Michael Graziadei) mother & Danny Romalotti’s (Michael Damian) ex-wife Phyllis Summers. Phyllis stirring things up with Danny’s other ex-wife Cricket (Lauralee Bell) is the only thing that makes having Christine on-screen tolerable.
Of all of the ladies, Phyllis has the best reasons for visiting Daniel’s new apartment & those are that Daniel is her son & her grandaughter Lucy is currently living with Daniel & now Danny.
Then there is Daniel’s ex-wife & the mother of his daughter Lucy, Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). It seems Heather isn’t the only lady stopping by Daniel’s apartment without an agenda. Despite Daniel being in a relationship with another one of his ex-wives Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), Heather has been making herself very available for Daniel under the co-parenting umbrella.
As for the other two women, Lily is out of town & without Phyllis driving Cricket nuts, Cricket could not be more boring.
Being Thankful, Carols, & Phyllis Shimmies Danny on Y&R
Phyllis decided to bring her daughter Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) to Daniel’s for Christmas. Summer was a nice touch. She & Daniel were able to provide coordinating eye rolls after Phyllis shimmied Danny.
Yes, after everyone gave thanks & the carols were sung, Phyllis Shimmied Danny. While Phyllis can totally wear anything & look stunning, the red v-neck shirt was a nice touch for this event & her efforts to flirt with Danny.
Phyllis’s red v-neck shirt ended up doing double duty & it was glorious. The Bug decided to swing by Daniel & Danny’s to bring Danny an impromptu Christmas gift & it just so happened to work out that Phyllis got the door…
Y&R’s Modern Family Members Team Up to Be Cheesy
It’s pretty much apparent. Phyllis wants Danny. Heather wants Daniel. Phyllis wants Daniel to be with Heather. Heather & Phyllis are now BFFs since Heather made it possible for Phyllis not to go to prison for faking her death &/or killing Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).
Why wouldn’t Phyllis & Heather team up to secure more time at Daniel & Danny’s? Also, pretty sure Lucy will conveniently end up continuing to live at Daniel’s. Lucy is a solid reason for Heather & Phyllis to visit Daniel & Danny’s. There’s no doubt that Phyllis & Heather will strongly support Lucy if/when she brings up living at Daniel’s long-term since Sally Spectra decorated her bedroom along with the rest of Daniel’s space.
Will Summer somehow continue to be involved as Daniel’s sister & to provide additional eye-rolling when her mother hits on Danny? How long will Lily be out of town? Will it be enough time for Heather to work her magic?
Finally, will it be Phyllis or Cricket who spends time in Danny’s bed at Daniel’s first?
