Now in Genoa City… Y&R’s Cricket versus Heather Stevens. Or, Paul Williams’ (Doug Davidson) ex-wife versus Paul Williams’ ambitious daughter in the latest Game of Phyllis Summers Future.

Michael Baldwin MIA, Heather Stevens to Rescue Phyllis on Y&R

There was serious Young & the Restless speculation that Vail Bloom was to return to Genoa City as Heather Stevens, but not in what capacity. Y&R fans first thought was of course that it had something to do with her now ex-husband Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).

It turns out that Miss Heather just so happened to already be in the States visiting Georgia from Portugal. After Michael Baldwin (Christian Leblanc) got called away Phyllis Summers’ son Daniel called in a huge favor to his ex-wife.

…& now Heather Stevens is representing Phyllis Summer in defense of her laundry list of crimes.

Y&R’s Cricket Versus Heather, It’s On & Phyllis is the Game on Y&R

It’s on like Donkey Kong with Cricket/Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) & her ex-husband’s daughter Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom). Even though Heather is Daniel’s ex-wife, Heather’s work ethic is impeccable & she will do her damnest to defend her ex-mother-in-law.

Let’s just hope, Y&R fans, that there is actually a courtroom during this battle. Remember when Devon then Hamilton (Bryton James) sued his sister Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) & he hired the Pristine Christine? Their case was decided in a boardroom…

How Long Will Phyllis Be in Jail? (Likely) Not as Long as Diane…

Whether Y&R fans like it or not, Phyllis Summers played by Michelle Stafford has turned into a legacy character. Young & the Restless without Michelle Stafford playing Phyllis Summers would be like fries without ketchup, cheese without wine, peanut butter without jelly, etc.

While Susan Walters has put in some time as Diane Jenkins, her time in is not nearly as impactful as Phyllis… & that is why Phyllis Summers will be out of jail sooner than later.

When we’re waiting, seeing Cricket & Heather go back & forth better be good. After all, Phyllis has wanted to crush that bug for so long…
