Hilliary Curtis & Her Identical Twin Sister Amanda Sinclair on Y&R
These identical twin sisters have both:
- Slept with Devon Hamilton
- Lived with Devon Hamilton in the Same Penthouse
One word comes to mind… GROSS.
How does Devon, supposedly a man of character, allow himself not only to become intimate with his deceased wife’s identical twin sister? We’re not talking about one intimate mishap or a one-night stand. Devon & Amanda are in a serious relationship. They have moved in together into the same penthouse Devon shared with Hilary Curtis.
Devon LOVED Hilary. Amanda Sinclair, also played by Mishael Morgan, obviously nails playing Hilary’s identical twin sister. Amanda doesn’t even so much as wear her hair differently. How does Devon look at Amanda, let alone make love to her in the same bed he made love to Hilary? GROSS.
Devon’s Girlfriend, The New Lawyer in Genoa City on Y&R
How convenient?… Devon’s live-in girlfriend is a lawyer. This sure came in handy when Devon approached Chance & Abby about sharing custody of their son Dominic.
Again, we were led to believe that Devon was an upstanding man. Now, with the help of his live-in girlfriend that’s a lawyer, he has been upgraded from a sperm donor to a father figure in writing.
Devon was also able to negotiate adding yet another last name to Dominic’s full name. The last name he added wasn’t even his… It was Winters, Dominic’s adoptive Dad’s last name.

Devon was able to swing shared custody & influence Dom’s name with the encouragement & legal savvy sponsored by Amanda Sinclair.
On what life experience did Amanda possibly draw from to influence Devon into pursuing shared custody of Dominic? She’s not a parent. It seems Amanda was putting her nose where it did not belong.
Also, why wasn’t Devon’s living arrangement with Amanda considered by Abby, Chance, & their lawyer Christine?
Let’s just say for the sake of saying, that Devon sharing custody of Dom makes sense. Giving Devon shared custody of Dominic defacto also gives Amanda Sinclair shared custody.
Again, Amanda is not a parent. Why would Abby & Chance with their lawyer’s advisement give shared custody to their sperm donor’s deceased wife’s live-in identical twin sister? Ridiculous…
Finally, is Dom’s updated full name to Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor really necessary? With all of these last names, Dom won’t be able to date anyone in town down the road. Or, will he? This is a soap opera after all…
