Newman Enterprises first reserved a suite at the Grand Phoenix after the Newman Media Launch Party. Back then the Newman Enterprises suite was used most frequently by Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) & Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
The Newman Enterprises suite at the Grand Phoenix eventually became Adam’s home until all of the hotel guests were somehow transferred to the GCAC.
Now Adam Newman has been nothing less of shunned by the Newmans & Sally Spectra & he has his own suite at the GCAC.
…& now Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) has a place other than her office to have sex with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Isn’t it odd that Victoria has a nice residential home in Genoa City & Nate has a fabulous penthouse, yet this new couple is never ever intimate in either residence?
What if anyone else at Newman wanted to use the Newman Enterprises suite at the GCAC, such as Victor & Nicki Newman (Eric Braeden & Melody Thomas Scott)?
Wouldn’t it be at least somewhat awkward to rotate the same bed between parents & children for intimate rendezvous knowingly & on purpose?
Y&R Lovers Love, Y&R Fans Love Tucker & Ashley at the GCAC
ATucker McCall (Trevor St. John) & Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) have been sharing the same bedroom at the Abbott Estate. Yet, these two have to be doing it at the Abbott Estate. They just have to be.
They are SO hot right now…
Yet, Tucker & Ashley continue to enjoy intimate rendezvous at the GCAC.
Who’s suite is it anyway? Does Tucker still have his suite since moving into the Abbott Estate? Maybe Jabot Cosmetics has a suite like Newman Enterprises does.
Or, maybe they simply reserve a room on a whim.

Since Sally Spectra became pregnant with Adam Newman’s baby & relocated to the GCAC from the Grand Phoenix just one man has been in her bed. Finally…
Even so, regardless of which Newman Brother Sally was sleeping with, it has always been in a hotel suite…
Just before Adam & Sally became a couple there was mention of Sally having an apartment in Genoa City. That apartment never materialized in front of Y&R fans & before fans knew it Sally had taken up residence at the Grand Phoenix.
Adam Newman’s living arrangements have been a bit sketchy as well since he moved out of the penthouse after separating from Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
On the other hand, or, the other Newman Brother, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) actually has a home with his son Christian. Y&R fans haven’t seen Nick’s home or Nick’s son Christian that is biologically Adam’s son for as long as they can remember. What in the…?
GCAC Guests Audra Charles & Daniel Romalotti, Coming Soon?
Young & the Restless fans know that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) ends up entertaining Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) intimately inside her GCAC suite. Y&R fans also know that Audra has chatted up Adam Newman downstairs at the hotel bar.
Will Miss Audra end up entertaining Adam Newman next inside her suite, or will she seek out another GCAC single guest? Perhaps Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei)…
Daniel has been comforted by his ex-wife Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) inside his suite. Young & the Restless writers haven’t yet placed Lily in living quarters since she & Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) broke up. Billy hasn’t been placed yet either.
Does anyone live in that condo Billy & Lily had on Chesnut Street?
