Yes, walking. Who knew? It’s fair to assume that seeing “Walk at Home” video options would lead to an assumption of being boring. Ergo, the aforementioned second glance…
Let’s face it. There’s not much else to do right now. So one may as well try it if one is into walking & is missing their pre-pandemic workout routine.
One will be pleasantly surprised…
Walking, side steps, kicking, & knee lifts… That’s it! Those are the 4 key steps.
It’s not just walking folks, it’s a basic but not boring workout.
While walking outdoors is certainly beneficial for both physical & mental health, it’s pretty redundant & doesn’t involve as many muscles as walking at home.
Sure… walking, side steps, kicking, & knee lifts may seem boring. However, Leslie Sandstone (& friends) mixes things up during each of her (seemingly endless supply of) videos.
With what seems like an endless supply of walk-at-home videos for free on the YouTube channel, there is always at least some time to walk.
Walk at home videos are accounted for by both duration in minutes & the purpose &/or total miles. The flexibility of the walk at home options is super accomodating.
Not only does walking at home via YouTube eliminate a gym membership & all that comes with it (or without during the pandemic), the convenience & customization is knocked out of the park.

After queuing YouTube up on your TV, tablet, or computer, search for “Walk at Home” to get started. A variety of Leslie’s (& her friend’s) videos will pop up. You will be able to see how long each video is & often how many miles will be completed.
Do you know exactly how much time you have to work out? Perhaps it’s 20 minutes. Simply search “Walk at Home 20 minutes” & a variety of videos will show up to fit your schedule. Maybe you have just 5 minutes. There is at least one video by Leslie for 5 minutes as well!
