It’s not just walking folks, it’s a basic but not boring workout.

While walking outdoors is certainly beneficial for both physical & mental health, it’s pretty redundant & doesn’t involve as many muscles as walking at home.

Sure… walking, side steps, kicking, & knee lifts may seem boring. However, Leslie Sandstone (& friends) mixes things up during each of her (seemingly endless supply of) videos.

YouTube Workouts at Home: Search for “Walk at Home”

After queuing YouTube up on your TV, tablet, or computer, search for “Walk at Home” to get started. A variety of Leslie’s (& her friend’s) videos will pop up. You will be able to see how long each video is & often how many miles will be completed.

Do you know exactly how much time you have to work out? Perhaps it’s 20 minutes. Simply search “Walk at Home 20 minutes” & a variety of videos will show up to fit your schedule. Maybe you have just 5 minutes. There is at least one video by Leslie for 5 minutes as well!
