Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is not going anywhere on Young & the Restless & neither are the other Newmans.
Y&R’s Nikki Newman will be found & then all of the Newmans will love one another again… Even Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will be included, finally.
As for the most out-of-the-loop Newman sibling, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway), she could be an unlikely exception.
All Business, Lack of Parenting, & Victor’s Fake Illness
Let’s cut to the chase… The Newmans have been insane as of late. In large, the Newmans continue to do the same things & continue to expect different results. It’s been insanity at Newman Enterprises!
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is correct. Without him or Newman Enterprises, his beloved daughter Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) would have nothing. Sure, Victoria is absolutely beautiful, but would she be as beautiful without previously operating Brash & Sassy?
Speaking of Miss Victoria, her & her favorite brother’s dedication to parenting is abysmal. Somehow Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) & his sister Victoria only parent when their respective nannies are not available.
To top the latest lack of love off with the Newmans, The Almighty Victor Newman faked dementia & won. Victor’s the boss & will always be the boss… Until his darling Nikki Newman is found…
Victor, Victoria, & Nick Do Not See This Coming…
There is no doubt that Victor, Victoria, & Nick’s minds will be blown when they learn what their mother has been through. Once Nikki is back in Genoa City & home safe, these Newmans will have no choice but to reprioritize their emotions & their purposes in life.
What just happened to Nikki Newman will not rank even close to things that Adam Newman did SO many years ago averaged out with Adam’s recent conduct, including providing one of his kidneys to Nick’s daughter Faith in order to save her life.
Nikki Newman is Found, Adam Newman is Tolerated
Once Nikki Newman is found, the Newmans — besides Abby who will totally still be out of the loop — will figure out that anything can happen in life & that any day can be one’s last day. Ergo, all of the Newmans — again, except for maybe Abby will tolerate Adam.
The question is… How long will this last? How long will the Newman family be all lovey-lovey & tolerating of Adam Newman?
Hopefully, it’s longer than the space between Nick Newman working at Newman Enterprises & leaving Newman Enterprises on average of all of the times he has worked at NE & left NE….
