Doesn’t it seem odd that Victor Newman notified his daughter Abby that has been COMPLETELY out of the loop in the way of anything Newman-related & did not reach out to Adam?
Even if Victor did not fill Adam in on Nikki Newman’s condition wouldn’t he at least give Adam a heads-up in light of taking Victoria & Nick with him in the Newman Jet?
…& this might have happened on The Young & the Restless…
Adam Newman Visits Victor at Newman, Nothing’s Moved
Sooner or later Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will stop by his dad’s office at Newman Enterprises & will find it without any Newman’s & no sign of one of them being there.
Adam will reach out to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) & he will not answer. He either will not have signal at Aunt Jordan’s (Colleen Zenk) lake house in Oregon… Or, he’ll be dead.
Adam’s next call will be to his brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). This effort after several attempts at not being able to reach Victor. Although Nick & Adam do not get along most of the time, they often come together when someone last named Newman is in dire straights. Nick won’t answer either & he’ll have to make a choice…
Sibling Choice Time, Will Adam Call Victoria or Abby?
Who will be Adam Newman’s next call? His sister Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) whom he has barely communicated with despite being a regular at her restaurant Society on Y&R… Or, his other sister Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) who has absolutely zero time for him…
Regardless if Adam tries reaching out to Victoria or not, he will end up trying Abby. Like Victor & Nick, Victoria will not have signal &/or will be dead.
The Newman Enterprises Empty C-Suite, Adam Moves In
Adam Newman will learn from his sister Abby that Victor had to go out of town last minute & that’s it. Now, a very unlikely Newman sibling alliance will be in the works…
Before Abby teams up with Adam to defend Newman Enterprises against the unknown, Abby will try to call her dad & MIA siblings on her own without success. Abby will be forced to form an impromptu unlikely alliance with her brother Adam.
Society Runs Itself, Dom Has a Nanny, Abby Back in Biz
Seriously, how much time does Abby Newman REALLY spend running Society in Genoa City? Abby did SO nicely & out of nowhere put together a Thanksgiving feast for the Baldwin-Fisher clan, but otherwise, she’s not super busy with her restaurant.
As for motherhood, Abby’s son Dominic has two dads & a nanny. Abby has free time… & Abby’s free time will now be applied to teaming up with her brother Adam to rescue Newman Enterprises at least until the other Newmans are no longer MIA.
Adam & Abby Rescue Newman, Thanked &/or Ousted?
The BEST case scenario, the MIA Newmans are found & will be well. Adam & Abby will be successful in saving Newman Enterprises & business will be as if nothing ever happened with Nikki, her assistant, & Aunt Jordan.
Adam Newman will for sure want to keep at least partial residence inside the Newman Enterprises C-suite, but what about Abby Newman? Will Abby being forced into the NE C-suite motivate her to demand to be included in her father’s business empire?
Will the Newman family finally ALL get along??
