Adam Newman Saved Faith Newman Twice, Now Leave Him Be
Adam Newman saved Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) twice. Both from her car accident & donating one of his kidneys after the accident.
Rescuing Faith from her car accident was a case of being in the right place at the right time, & saved Faith’s life… almost… Until Faith also needed a kidney & her uncle/ex-stepdad was the only relation with the same blood type as Faith.
After attempting to hide in Kansas after being accused of poisoning Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), actually coordinated by Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) tracks him down.
They almost die in a tornado but the Young & the Restless must keep on…
Nick persuades Adam to come back to help Faith (again) & face the Rey accusations.
Faith gets one of Adam’s kidneys, some treatment, & now a new & very nice & respectful boyfriend. Because of Adam… Faith is on the right track.
Fan Favorite Adam Newman Isn’t Pursuing Sharon, Finally on Y&R
For once Adam Newman is not pursuing Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case)… & they are living on the same property but not together.
Adam shared with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) that he had become lonely once Chelsea was put in the psych ward. Victor then invited him & Connor to live on The Ranch. The old Adam would have had himself down to Sharon’s every chance he had, but the redeemed Adam is not.
Adam & Sharon’s off-again-on-again chaotic romance has become an ongoing snoozefest. His off-again-on-again romance with Chelsea has become almost as tiring.
It seems Adam has redeemed himself & created some boundaries with his past… Maybe.
Sally is to Adam Newman as Victoria is to Ashland Locke on Y&R
After finally (at least for now) having some boundaries as it pertains to Sharon, Adam may have met his match. That match is Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Like Adam, Sally has a “controversial past,” is trying to be a better human being, & is a hot little thing. It seems Sally Spectra is to Adam Newman as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is to Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi).
Now Sally is working for Adam after pretty much fully disclosing her somewhat sketchy past & plans to make nice in the future.
So far Sally has made nice by joining Adam for a run in a hot little tracksuit & having impromptu drinks at Society on a later date.
It seems their first official date will take place at the Newman Media launch party.
Like Victoria & Ashland, this couple is sure to keep one another on their toes.
Finally… some action in Genoa City.
The Young & the Restless is in need of a new couple with sparks flying. The possibilities are endless with Sally Spectra & Adam. The creative chaos they can create in Genoa City & the pending not-social-distanced at all scenes will be outstanding.
