It seems all that Chance really does is meet up with Cricket (Lauralee Bell) at Crimson Lights & Society to discuss top-secret police work. Other than meeting up with Cricket, he seems to conveniently run into Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) when she’s alone in the park or at the Neil Winters Jazz Lounge.
What if Detective Chance Chancellor took a minute to check in with the EMT guy who dealt with Phyllis?

Slowly but surely everyone in Genoa City on Young & the Restless is getting on board with Phyllis Summers not being dead. Why, of all people, would Chance Chancellor not track down & question GC’s key EMT guy?
Seriously, if Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) tracks down that EMT guy before Chance Chancellor does Chance should seriously consider another line of work.
Shouldn’t Chance want to know whose bodies were burned in the fire that supposedly killed Phyllis? Shouldn’t Cricket also care for that matter?

Young & the Restless fans know that Phyllis Summers is like a bad rash in the way that she does not stay away for long. Phyllis will be back & most likely & because it’s Y&R she most likely will not be going to jail.
Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) obviously paid that EMT guy off for his involvement in Phyllis faking her death. Stark is dead but that EMT guy has to be somewhere.
