It seems Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is the nucleus keeping track of Adam Newman’s former loves, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) & Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Chloe & Chelsea have been BFFs for years. It was just recently they took & a break & it magically worked out that Sally Spectra filled in. Was it simply a coincidence that Sally Spectra was super in love with Adam Newman when she took up being friends & business associates with Chloe connected with her?

Chloe & Chelsea had almost been through it all. Chloe’s tumultuous past with Adam & the death of her daughter. Chloe trying to kill Adam a couple of times. Chelsea’s on & off again with Adam, having a child with him, & being obsessed with him.
Most recently there was an occasion Chelsea manipulated Chloe into poisoning the late Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). The poisoning itself didn’t kill Rey, but he still ended up dead.
Even after Chloe learned that Chelsea had conned her into a con, Chloe remained BFFs with Chelsea.
Somehow the last straw for Chloe Mitchell & this BFF was when Chelsea was not committing to being an active partner in their business partnership. Chelsea wasn’t on time for meetings, not meeting deadlines, etc.
So, okay to poison but not okay to struggle with business, Chloe?!?
Chelsea’s Convenient Replacement, Adam’s Other Lover…Sally
Sally Spectra was conveniently available to fill in for Chelsea. Sally & Chloe had a familiar connection professionally which of course overflows into a personal connection. Oh, & Sally Spectra was in love & committed to Adam Newman.
Yet another friendship bonded over business & Chloe’s motivation to protect others from the wrath of Adam Newman.
It’s been conjectured that the angst that Chloe has for Adam may drive the two of them between the sheets.
