Chelsea in Genoa City is up to more of the same on Y&R. She continues to be Genoa City’s hottest mess & now she’s unemployed with ample free time.
It seems another trip to Fairview is in Chelsea’s future. Or, at least a restraining order to keep her away from Johnny Abbott.
Chelsea Lawson Could Not Be More Board in Genoa City on Y&R
Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is as board as Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is lonely on Young & the Restless.
Way back when Chelsea somehow raped Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) & became pregnant. Billy & Victoria agreed to adopt this baby, Johnny Abbott, & raise them as their own. Johnny was notified at a young age that Victoria is not his biological mother, but who actually carried & gave birth to him was never revealed to him.
Now with Chelsea being unemployed & bored, she’s taken up stirring the pot with Johnny Abbott & his parents.
Chelsea somehow manipulated Billy into politely pressuring Victoria to share with Johnny that he has known his biological mother since he was little & has a bonus brother Connor.
Genoa City BFF, Chloe Mitchell & Chelsea Lawson on Y&R
Chelsea Lawson used to keep herself busy with her best gal pal & often time business partner Chloe Mitchell.
Both their friendship & business partnership have fallen by the wayside as of late. The final demise started when she somehow used Chloe to poison Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) to get back at her former lover’s former lover.
After Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) paralyzed Chelsea after they had gotten back together yet again. This after Chelsea got wind of him & his on & off ex Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) kissing via a visual aid, & she got crafty.
Fortunately for Chloe, there were not any consequences. Chelsea had to do some time in Fairview, however. Once Chelsea was reintroduced to Genoa City, she was still obsessed with Adam & he was totally done with her.
Chloe could not have been more there for Chelsea. Listening to her ongoing obsession with Adam & giving her breaks when she wasn’t owning up to the end of their business partnership.
Finally, Chloe & Chelsea are doing their best to be pleasant acquaintances but it seems Chelsea’s obsession with Adam has been transferred to Chloe.
Throwback Thursday on Y&R, Chelsea In Love with Rey Rosales
After Chelsea used Chloe to kill Rey to get back at Adam for kissing Sharon when she was paralyzed by Adam, Chelsea fell in love with Rey.
Could Chelsea Lawson be more of a train wreck in Genoa City or anywhere else she might end up?
Regardless, Rey was totally buying what Chelsea was selling & even became close with her son Connor. There’s no doubt if Rey wouldn’t have died, they totally would have hooked up.
Perhaps if Chelsea hadn’t orchestrated the poisoning that almost killed Rey, his body wouldn’t have been weakened to not survive the heart attack that killed him.
Onward & Upward for Chelsea… A New Friend in Her Future?…
Chelsea & Adam are done & Chloe has finally given up on her. To top it off, Johnny Abbott wants absolutely nothing to do with her.
The only residents in Genoa City who will give Chelsea time are those in the hospitality industry & men that she happens to run into at Chancellor Park.
While Chelsea Lawson does take the lead for the Hottest Hot Mess in Genoa City, there are other ladies in town experiencing challenges & they happen to be staying in the same hotel as Chelsea.
Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpi) is a really sweet & glass-half-full kind of gal. For as long as she could tolerate Chelsea, it would be good for Chelsea.
Then there’s Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). They’re both in fashion, both have been in love & loved back by Adam Newman, & are very competitive.
Throwback Thursday on Y&R, Where Will Chelsea Be Thrown?…
Who do you think Chelsea Lawson has a chance at becoming BFF with inside the Grand Phoenix lobby? If Billy & Victoria do get a restraining order against Chelsea to protect Johnny that will mean less time in the park & more time at the hotel.
