Adam Newman’s New Gig, Assistant That Replaces Greg
Who the hell is Greg? Apparently, he was Nate Hasting’s (Sean Dominic) assistant at Newman Enterprises. Now The Almighty Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) who has reinstated himself as CEO has given Greg a new assignment.
Now Victor Newman’s 2nd favorite son Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is Nate’s professional bitch.
This should be fun…
Adam Newman Isn’t the Only New Assistant in GC…
As soon as Adam Newman replaced Greg as Nate Hasting’s assistant, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) was hiring her own assistant over at Newman Media.
New to Genoa City on Young & the Restless is Claire Grace played by Hayley Erin. Now out of nowhere, she’s new to Newman Media.
Claire Grace is new to Newman Media with an entire back story. During Claire’s job interview with Nikki & Audra at Society, she disclosed that her parents were killed in a car accident, she’s been working since she was 12 years old, she plays the flute, & she’s a friend of the Carmichael family who Nikki Newman is also acquainted with.
Young & the Restless fans aren’t sure yet what all of the personal information that Claire Grace provided is relevant quite yet, but there has to be something there…
Will 2023 Be The Year of Assistants in Genoa City?
Back in 2022 on Young & the Restless, COO jobs were endlessly available. Genoa City residents could be bored with their current job, fired from their current job, or simply awake & they were qualified for a COO position.
Sure, Adam Newman’s new gig as Nate’s assistant & Claire Grace’s new assistant position are just (2) assistant positions Y&R fans are aware of. However, will this be the new trend?
Will there be less C-suite action in Genoa City moving forward? Perhaps less Co-CEOs & Co-COOs, but will there be any less sex on C-suite couches on Y&R?
Adam Newman’s New Gig, Assistants Now Trending
It certainly will not be long before Adam Newman runs into Claire Grace at Society, the GCAC, &/or Crimson Lights if not within the Newman walls at work.
Surely, they will have notes to compare. Will it turn out that Adam & Claire have some distant contact in common? What if they pool their resources to “earn” promotions underneath the Newman Umbrella?
Adam Newman isn’t playing nice as Nate’s assistant without a reason. Also, Claire Grace did not pop out of the sky to be Nikki Newman’s assistant without reason.
