Y&R’s Johnny & Katie Abbott, MIA & Not Talked About Until Now
Victoria & Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) children have been MIA & up until now recently mentioned.
While Billy Abbott almost can’t miss an episode of Y&R without mentioning the mother of his children, Johnny & Katie have been rarely mentioned.
Since Victoria’s home has been reintroduced as a set on Y&R, Johnny & Katie’s presence at summer camp has been brought up. Victoria would really prefer to pick them up from summer camp on her own, so she says.
Back at Newman, Nick Newman to Ignore His Children
As of the last many months, the mother of Billy Abbott’s children has barely mentioned their children. Y&R fans have been left to wonder if she even thinks about them, or her house. Until now, her house has been MIA as well.
Has Victoria Newman’s lack of interest in her children & maintaining her home been motivated by her volatile relationship with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman)? Or, is it her demanding job as CEO at Newman Enterprises & her obsessive commitment to making her daddy proud?
Regardless, Victoria’s brother Nick is almost certain to follow suit. Since he & Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) called their playing video games & regular hot sex quits, we haven’t seen Nick’s home, or his son Christian. Nick Newman is set up to follow his big sister.
Although we haven’t seen Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) in a while, there is no doubt that she thinks her dad is Dad of the Year every single year. The same for Noah Newman (Rory Gibson)… Then there’s the deceased Cassie Newman’s (Camryn Grimes) twin sister Mariah Copeland (also, Camryn Grimes). Nick did not adopt Mariah for various reasons but treats her as one of his own. He even walked her down the aisle.
Victoria & Nick’s Parenting, 2nd Priority After Newman Enterprises
It will be a damn shame in Nick Newman pauses parenting & give us being Dad of the Year to be Co-COO with his mother Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) at Newman Enterprises.
