It’s still a wonder why Abby insisted upon reproducing without her husband. Chance Chancellor was sent out on some mystery assignment without an anticipated return date.
Instead of waiting for her husband to return safely from his assignment, she insisted on moving forward with getting pregnant at any cost. Knowing that she could not carry a baby & Chance’s sperm were non-viable, she subcontracted her baby having services out.
Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor will never admit that she should have waited for her husband Chance to return before moving forward with having a baby.
Abby & Chance should have had an opportunity to reconnect to make sure they are both ready to have a child.
Also, they should have had a chance to review & mutually agree on their sperm donor.

Since Devon & Abby intimately connected on Devon’s couch inside his penthouse they blamed their passion on impromptu poor judgment… for about a minute.
After quickly dismissing their initial intimate encounter as a mistake, Devon & Abby have gone on & on about how they have been one another’s best friends for years.
