Y&R: No Jurors, Not Many Sets, & Phyllis Goes (Almost) Free

Phyllis goes (almost) free on Young & the Restless. Without jurors or a courtroom in GC, that bug Cricket has finally been crushed & is on her way to Portugal.

Cricket Without a Court Room, Yet Again

Many Young & the Restless fans were hoping that Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) least favorite bug, Cricket ~ known to some others as Christine Williams, & otherwise known elsewhere as Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) would finally be crushed.

Related… As far as this online column is concerned Lauralee Bell’s character on Young & the Restless will be primarily referenced as Cricket.

Anyway… Wasn’t Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) supposed to squash that bug?

Without a courtroom along with both Devon Winters (Bryton James) & Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) folding & compromising, Cricket lived another day to fight another battle outside of a courtroom.

Phyllis (Almost) Goes Free, Bugs Cricket

Thanks to Young & the Restless still being conservative with its number of sets, Phyllis Summers did not have to go to court for killing Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) or anything else… & nor did her children.

Not only is Young & the Restless down sets, but it’s also down extras. Courtrooms are out & Y&R & so are jurors.

Phyllis did knock it out of the park pleading guilty of all charges. She defended herself to the judge & scored 12 out of 10…

Even Cricket, just a little bit, was buying what Phyllis was selling.

Now Phyllis has been fined with 6 months of community service & 1 year of probation. What will Phyllis do with new hope to make things right?

Coming Soon for Miss Heather Stevens…

Anything Miss Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) wants…But what does Young & the Restless want for Vail Bloom playing Heather Stevens?

Miss Heather Stevens on Y&R is so smart & beautiful, & also reasonable. What if Heather could pause from spending time in Portugal & Georgia & set up shop at least a bit in Genoa City, Wisconsin?

It seems Heather is not needed in Portugal as her father Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) has requested the attendance of his soon-to-be ex-wife Christine Williams for reasons that Y&R fans do not understand. Isn’t this relationship already thru?

For the love of Young & the Restless fans, can Heather Stevens please stay in Genoa City?

Who knows where Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is? As far as when he returns to Genoa City, he owes Heather Stevens an enormous thank you for taking on Phyllis’s case & making the most out of what most would call a big pile of poop.

Otherwise, between what is going on at Newman, Jabot, & now the New Newman Company, a trusted attorney is sure to be needed. Even if Michael Baldwin returns, it seems like there will be enough legal business to spread around in Genoa City.

Finally, in light of Heather Stevens doing well with everything that she decides to do… Could she become BFF with Phyllis &/or reunite with Daniel Romalotti (Michael Grazadei)?
