The C-Suites on Y&R in 2022 could not have seen more action. Anyone that knew a CEO became a COO… & then there was the C-suite couch sex.
The Unlikely COO, Chloe Mitchell (Briefly) at Newman Media on Y&R
As fast as former Newman Media COO Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) hired Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendricksen) as her CEO once she was promoted to CEO, Chloe was let go.
Somehow after sleeping with both Newman brothers on the Newman Media couch, Sally Spectra managed to get let go. Apparently, she did not keep the Newman sibling with actual power happy.
Nate Hastings has replaced Sally as CEO at Newman Media but Chloe has not been replaced. Will Nate be granted the authority by Newman Enterprises CEO Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to hire a COO?
Perhaps with Nate’s experience as COO over in the Chancellor-Winters C-suite, he can pull off both positions at Newman Media on Young & the Restless…
The Chancellor-Winters C-suite on Y&R, Now Without COO’s
The once COO-packed C-suite at Chancellor-Winters has been vacated. Not long after Nate Hastings was ousted as COO, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) left the C-W C-suite on his own out of boredom.
It turns out that as boring as Y&R fans thought Billy Boy’s podcast was, he felt his COO gig without the podcast was just as boring.
What if Lily would have let Billy & eventually Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) keep their podcast going? Maybe Billy would still be working as COO at C-W & maybe Chelsea wouldn’t have tried to kill herself.
Now Lily is without a COO & likely to also be down a live-in boyfriend.
Will either COO position be refilled at Chancellor-Winters, or will they remain open like the COO position at Newman Media?
C-Suites on Y&R, Newman Enterprises & Newman Media
Last but certainly least, the Newman Enterprises C-suite. Victoria Newman ran this C-suite for most of 2022, & even found time to sleep with her then-husband Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi, Robert Newman) on the Newman Enterprises C-suite couch.
When Victoria did have to temporarily step away as CEO of Newman Enterprises, she called on her family to fill in the gaps inside her C-suite.
The goings on inside the Newman Enterprises C-suite are the most confusing to keep track of amongst the C-suites in Genoa City. One day Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is Co-CEO. Then another day Nikki is somehow Co-COOs with her son Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
