Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) brother Nick Newman legitimately protected her from Ashland Locke who finally had nothing to lose.

There’s no doubt that if Nick didn’t step in, there would be many steps into Victoria Newman’s funeral. Nick Newman saved his sister for sure.

However, will Victor Newman’s use of his men to protect his family go according to his plan?

Y&R’s Nick Newman is Back in a Suit, & Maybe Back in Jail

Coincidentally, Nick Newman’s return to wearing a suit & to Newman Enterprises almost exactly lines up with him having to defend his sister… & now he’s a killer.

If your last name is Newman & you have lived in Genoa City, you have also spent at least one night in a jail cell.

It seems at least a night or two back in the GC slammer is in Nick Newman’s future.

How is Chance Chancellor (Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor’s husband, played by Melissa Ordway) legally investigating this case involving Abby’s sister Victoria’s ex-husband Ashland Locke??

Victoria Newman After Locke, Self-Centered & Selfish

Victoria Newman is not dumb regarding business, but could not be more clueless when it comes to men.

Victoria’s father Victor, her brother Nick, & even her half-brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) have watched out for her since she fell in love with Ashland Locke.

Yet, not one Newman has called Victoria on her Ashland Locke BS.

Will any Newman call Victoria Newman on her poor judgment not only in bringing Ashland Locke into Newman but also into her home with the children she shares with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)? Will Nick Newman be worse off after killing Ashland Locke in light of Victor Newman’s ‘help?’
