Summer marries Kyle again, this time in Genoa City. This 2nd wedding in a row without a divorce did not make any sense on The Young & the Restless. Now Tucker McCall is back…

Helicopters Now Land at the Abbott Estate on Young & the Restless

Helicopters can now land at the Abbott Estate in Genoa City, apparently. Or at least for Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).

Tucker McCall landing a helicopter to make his entrance back into Genoa City makes about as much sense as Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) & Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) renewing their vows just one year after their last wedding.

No wonder why Summer & Kyle’s 2nd wedding in a row wasn’t held at Society or Noah Newman’s (Rory Gibson) new restaurant, Tucker wouldn’t have been able to fly in.

Summer Marries Kyle Again… Abby, Victor, & Ashley ~ MIA

Of all people, Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway), Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), & Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) were no-shows to Summer & Kyle’s vowel renewal at the Abbott Estate.

Abby stayed back as her son Dominic Abbott-Newman-Winters-Chancellor was sick. Yet, she reported to Society in the evening as the restaurant was short-staffed.

Victor Newman is admittedly above attending any formal event at the Abbott Estate. So he created a business trip to Chicago to secure funding to take over Chancellor Winters. Some would say that transaction could have been by phone &/or internet.

Ashley Abbott was caught up in Paris & was unable to attend. Fortunately or unfortunately Tucker McCall will be waiting in Genoa City until she returns.

Summer & Kyle Out, Nick & Sally In, Comp Beverages for All

The after-wedding party didn’t go as planned either. Summer’s brother Noah hosted the party at his new restaurant on top of the Grand Phoenix.

Summer & Kyle didn’t show up at all. Good thing, because Summer’s dad Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) showed up with his new lover that just got done loving his brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).

Crisis averted or not? Noah totally questioned his dad & he was vague.

Noah was then vague with his girlfriend Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) about the mysterious woman that showed up to the event that clearly knew Noah.

Just when Y&R fans might have thought things could not have gotten any more vague with Noah’s opening event, Noah realized the following morning that he comped too many drinks & didn’t make any money.

How long will Noah be able to run his business without Nick or Victor stepping in with financial support? How intimidated is Allie by the mysterious woman that dropped in? Will Summer & Kyle make it another year without a divorce? What’s Tucker McCall’s agenda in Genoa City?
