Seriously, WTF was up last week with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) turning into a genius, according to her new husband, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)?
Diane easily persuaded Jack & his brother Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) to use Billy as a pawn to pose as being on Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) & Tucker McCall’s (Trevor St. John) team in their version of saving Jabot.
This week we head down the street & over to Newman Enterprises… & wherever Newman’s new company will office out of is supposedly on the other side of Genoa City…

The New Newman Company’s Location
Um, isn’t whatever Sharon Newman (Sharon Case), Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), & Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) decide to call the merger of Kirsten’s company & Tucker’s old company that’s under the Newman umbrella in large part a tech company?
Why would this executive threesome all with the last name Newman not want to office out of Newman Tower?
Surely, being in a building across town will not prevent Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) from inserting himself at his leisure.
Also, why reinvent the wheel & have two failing companies merge as one & build an entirely new office infrastructure?
A New Newman Company Loose Cannon
…& that would be Miss Phyllis Summers, formally Newman a couple of times herself (Michelle Stafford).
Things are about to get good on Young & the Restless. Nick & Sharon have kids. Phyllis & Nick have a kid. Sharon & Adam have a history. Then there is Adam & Phyllis’ intermittent business relationship that appears to be back on again.
Somehow Adam found it to be advantageous to offer Phyllis a job at the new Newman company he’s working on with Nick & Sharon. Nothing could possibly go wrong…
What is going on right now with Adam & Phyllis is at least the second occasion that they have conducted business in the gray area & seem to have sexual tension.
Phyllis has faked her death, is on trial for murder, & has pissed off almost everyone in town. Adam just lost a baby with his true love Sally & her current lover that is his brother is the director of comforting her.
Will Phyllis Summers be the first lady that Adam Newman hits the sheets within his new apartment in Genoa City?

Oh, Sharon… There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Perhaps Adam &/or Nick or even Victor should be guiding you on this.
Since Newman Tower already has everything an office can dream of, & the new Newman company is under Newman, just freaking office there.
Cameron Kirsten’s (Linden Ashby) company with plenty of skeletons in the closet along with Tucker Mccall’s old company combined with one another are sure to present new challenges as fast as kids open Christmas presents Christmas morning.
Why do you need a new office on the other side of town, Sharon?
