Chelsea Lawson loses everything & continues to be a trainwreck on Y&R. It’s one thing after another with this woman, & now she has kissed Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Despite Billy Boy Abbott stepping down from his previously boring podcast, he extended an opportunity to Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to carry it on & run with it. She saw it fit to kiss him intimately in celebration.

Now, Billy’s boring podcast is finally toast & Chelsea is out of a job, a man, & a best friend.

It’s one thing after another with Chelsea Lawson on Young & the Restless…

She tried to kill Rey, then she wanted to be romantic with Rey, & then he died.

Then Chelsea conveniently placed herself in Chancellor Park whenever attached elite men happened to be taking a stroll thru & would let her confide in them.

Simultaneously Chelsea dodges her professional obligations to Chloe & decides to podcast with the man she raped & gave birth to a son that legally isn’t hers.

Oh, & now she wants to tell that son about that…

Chelsea & Chloe’s Friendship Has Run Its Course, Wrap it Up…

Let’s just call it a day with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) & Chelsea Lawson being BFFs. This friendship has totally run its course.

As a matter of fact, Chloe should have called game-over after learning Chelsea included her in her efforts to kill Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Sure these ladies have been thru a lot, but damn…

Since Chloe & Chelsea didn’t actually kill Rey, Rey has died. Rey’s death did not help Chelsea’s mental health at all. She became professionally irresponsible & took her BFF Chloe for granted.

Chelsea was not meeting deadlines. She was late to almost every meeting. Then when Chelsea would show up to a scheduled meeting with Chloe & it was all about her personally.

Almost zero work was completed filling their time with how Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) was dating Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) & how Chelsea had a deep relationship with Rey even though she tried to kill him & how he’s dead.

Chelsea Lawson has apparently run out of men to meet in the park… Almost…

Really?!?… Adam Newman… Chelsea is going to start confiding in him now. We have seen this movie over & over & the ending isn’t good. Quite frankly, it’s quite boring at this point.

On a related note, how have Adam & Chelsea not run into one another at the Grand Phoenix?

Chelsea has for sure taken up temporary residence there after selling the penthouse to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). Adam still has the suite that was reserved for the Newman Media Launch Party reserved & seems to be staying there & not so much at The Newman Ranch.

I think if Chelsea & Adam’s impromptu chat in Chancellor Park is followed up by a nightcap in one of the suites at the hotel that Y&R Fans are going to vomit.

Then End of Another Career for Chelsea (Billy’s Boring Podcast)

Oh, Billy is just so funny, as per Chelsea Lawson on Y&R.

He’s so funny that she could make his podcast way less boring. That’s until CW CEO Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)/Billy’s live-in girlfriend has a problem with her COO/live-in boyfriend’s podcasting.

It seems Lily had a reason (or 2) to call out Billy on his podcast. Early on it was on & on about the mother of his children & Ashland Locke (Robert Newman). Then Chelsea added another reason & punctuated it with a kiss.

Surprisingly, Billy Boy Abbott’s immediate reaction to Chelsea’s kiss was that it was a mistake. Y&R fans agree. If he’s going to be kissing another lady other than Lily, it should be the mother of his children, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Billy & Chelsea’s podcast send-off was as much awkward as it was short. Perhaps if all of Billy’s podcasts were as short as the last one, he wouldn’t have needed to bring Chelsea Lawsone to spice things up at all.
