Flashback… Phyllis & Billy used to live together in a condo in the same building Billy & Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) live in now. Phyllis isn’t seeing anyone right now. Billy & Lily have been on the rocks for the last few months.

Perhaps Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will see her way to Chesnut Street & Billy & her will revisit their romance…

Phyllis Sells Her Hotel & Is Removed From Her Suite on Y&R?

Well, what used to be her hotel. What new hotel owner is going to want the previous hotel owner to keep residency where they used to own & operate? Phyllis providing complimentary micromanagement to Lily Winters & Chancellor-Winters will not go over well.

Sure, Phyllis could take a room at the Genoa City Athletic Club, but then she would have to run into Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) on a regular basis. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is still sponsoring his mother’s hotel stay at the GCAC. Phyllis working with Diane at Marchetti & living in the same building would just be too much.

Especially with Phyllis’ main objective at Marchetti being to drive Diane out of the company & out of Genoa City on Young & the Restless…

There’s bound to be a condo available on Chesnut Street in Genoa City. Phyllis is familiar with the property after shacking up there with Billy Abbott.

Phyllis Summers living next door to a former lover that facilitated that paperwork for the Grand Phoenix sale could get interesting. This is especially if it’s Lily Winters that does not allow Phyllis to keep residence at the hotel she used to own & put her heart & soul into. Pending next-door neighbor Billy Abbott could be a reliable source to confide in, & maybe more.
