Nikki’s New Confidant, Audra Charles with Feelings (Y&R)
Out of nowhere, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) has feelings. Besides her most likely fake miscarriage of Noah Newman’s (Rory Gibson) baby, Audra has carried herself as having a stone in place of her heart.
Now, out of the blue, Audra reveals to Nikki that her father was an alcoholic. Audra shared with her boss Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) her experience growing up with her father & the challenges.
As fast as Nikki was polite & empathetic with what Audra shared with her, Nikki shut Audra down & asked her to mind her own business… & then Nikki Newman went to the bar.
Bellied Up Solo at Society, Nikki Newman Mid-day (Y&R)
When has Nikki Newman ever stopped by Society for a club soda & with a lime & sat at the bar solo during the day?
This isn’t Nikki Newman’s first time off of the wagon. She’s not once ever sat by herself at the bar itself along at Society. Seriously, WTF on Y&R?? There are seriously three restaurants in Genoa City where GC’s elite hang out. It had to cross Nikki’s mind that she would be noticed & questions would run through the guest’s minds & maybe she would even be asked.
Well, Nate Hastings did ask her. Nikki Newman wasn’t nice to Nate, but she was nice to the Society bartender. She left her spiked drink as is along with a 20.
Seriously, Claire Was JUST Kidnapped from Memorial…
Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) was seriously just kidnapped by her Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) in disguise from Memorial. Now Claire has been safely checked back into Memorial after fending off her Aunt Jorday & saving Nikki Newman. One would think Claire’s room would be treated a bit like Fort Knox, especially now that she’s a Newman…
Not-so-much…
After taking a leave of absence from Newman Enterprises to take care of Claire, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) stopped by Memorial to visit Claire. To get into Claire’s room, she asked a Memorial employee for help.
The Memorial employee simply asked Victoria Newman if she was related to Claire Grace. Victoria replied, “Yes, I’m her mother.” Immediately Victoria was let into Claire’s room without any additional questions asked.
Again, Claire was just freaking kidnapped, went through another whole ordeal, & now this…
Do you think that Audra Charles will end up being Nikki Newman’s confidant, at least during this crisis?
Also, do you think Victoria or Cole will wonder why Victoria wasn’t vetted before entering Claire’s room? Will Claire end up with outpatient care at The Newman Ranch because of this oversight at Memorial in Genoa City on Y&R?
