Y&R Speculation: There’s New Hope for The Grand Phoenix

There might be New Hope for the Grand Phoenix on Young & the Restless & it just might be Phyllis Summers’ get-out-of-jail-free card…

…& this might happen on The Young & the Restless…

There’s New Hope for The Grand Phoenix & for Phyllis on Y&R

Both New Hope & the Grand Phoenix are rarely mentioned as of late but do still exist.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) also still exists, but because she caused Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) to no longer exist, she will have to face the music.

Young & the Restless fans know that Genoa City’s finest never go to jail for long if at all. So when Phyllis does come out of hiding she will need to be held accountable for Stark’s murder & various other related items like faking her death.

No one has been officially running New Hope for quite some time. The Grand Phoenix has been sitting empty for months supposedly under renovation.

Could New Hope & the Grand Phoenix which was so personally & professionally important to Phyllis be her get-out-of-jail-free card?

Pending Community Service for Phyllis Summers in Genoa City

There is no way that Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell), better known to Phyllis & others as ‘Cricket’ will let Phyllis off of her latest antics without accountability, especially with their history.

Considering Phyllis & Cricket’s history & that no one in Genoa City spends time in jail for too long if at all, it only makes sense that Phyllis ends up being sentenced to community service.

There’s New Hope for Phyllis Summers, Grand Phoenix Reopens

Sure, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) purchased the Grand Phoenix on behalf of Chancellor-Winters from Phyllis Summers. Yet Lily never appointed anyone to actually run the hotel. Perhaps that is why the Grand Phoenix is coincidentally under renovation & everyone that does not have their own home now lives at the GCAC,

Do you think it’s possible that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) would be as gracious as to invest in the Grand Phoenix on behalf of New Hope to both rescue his daughter Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) mother & to provide goodwill in Genoa City?

Perhaps the renovations that are being done at the Grand Phoenix include making its suites into more of an extended living format that includes kitchenettes. Ergo, making these living spaces more feasible for people in need to get used to living safely with everyday average Joe conveniences.

Also, Phyllis Summers’s professional skillset is vast. Perhaps Phyllis can also provide complimentary career development training to ‘New Hope by The Grand Phoenix’ tenants.

  1. I want them to give Sally a storyline now I get that what others to have screen time I really do but we barely see her I would take a few episode of few scene at that can she plz have scenes with other people other than Nick that relationship ti be over for real and let her get it on with Connor father Adam they both need to grieve together for the sake of their daughter they need to come together here hoping they will they also need to stop writing Sally this way Fahd don’t know her or who she is anymore enough is enough Josh Griffith and I mean don’t make me haunt you now come on shake shake shake things up this is not whet you call soapy or entertaining

  2. Why is everyone accepting Diane’s come back and forgiving her..she disappeared for many years but people are mot accepting Phyllis..diane hurt Kyle and everyone..Phyllis hurt Summer and Daniel but she wasn’t gone anywhere near as long as Diane..do not like diane at all. ..also skip the sex scenes of Audra and Kyle..they act like animals.
