Kyle Abbott is still married to Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). Almost any company in the metropolis of Genoa City, WI would be willing to give Kyle some type of executive role just because he’s an Abbott.
Oh, & he ended up with a cute kid when he doubled down with the at the time married Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) in New York.

Yes, Miss Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) is just fine both personally & professionally.
Audra has already revisited her previous Colleagues With Benefits arrangment with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). So, she’s fine personally & intimately for now.
Kyle Abbott was simply a boy toy to Audra Charles anyway. It’s just that Kyle Abbott didn’t get the memo.
