Adam & Sally somehow managed to miss Chelsea every single time they retreated to the Grand Phoenix for a sexual rendezvous. How is this even possible?

Y&R fans missed fireworks at the Grand Phoenix. Each of the times Adam & Sally went to the Newman Media suite to be sweet, they never ran into Chelsea in the lobby.
Adam & Connor moved to The Ranch on Y&R months ago after he vacated the loft to find closure to his & Chelsea’s relationship. Now Victoria is staying there with Johnny & Katie. How have Adam & Victoria not run into one another, let alone their children?
Sure, The Newman Ranch is a vast property, but it’s still not large enough for Newman siblings & grandchildren not to run into one another.
