This week we’re not only celebrating 40 years of the lovely Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) but 40 years of her hair on Young & the Restless.

Many Y&R fans have been tuning into Young & the Restless for 40 + years & some since its inception. When did YOU have Lauren Fenmore hair?

During this week’s celebration episode of 40 years of Lauren Fenmore, we were brought down her memory lane. Every phase of her life in Genoa City good or bad was complemented by her good or bad hair. Regardless, it was big.

Lauren Fenmore Versus Sheila Carter, Bigger Than Big Hair (Y&R)

One of the not-so-great phases for Lauren Fenmore & her big hair was when she encountered & had to deal with Sheila Carter. Lauren had just had a baby. Supposedly Lauren’s son didn’t make it, but then Sheila revealed he did.

Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) has bounced between both The Bold & the Beautiful & The Young & the Restless causing trouble for each & everyone that she encounters.

For the time being it seems she’s parked at Bold & the Beautiful causing trouble with Young & the Restless alum Don Diamont. Don Diamont played the now-deceased Brad Carlton & is now playing Bill Spencer on B&B.

Bill Spencer has managed to make a visit to Genoa City on Y&R. That’s another story, however.

Hopefully, Sheila isn’t considering a trip back to Genoa City herself.

Lauren Fenmore’s Big Hair, Contagious on Young & the Restless

Miss Lauren Fenmore was not the only resident in Genoa City with big hair in the early days of Y&R. Check out Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) & Paul Williams (Doug Davidson)…

While Danny Romalotti nor Paul Williams have celebrated such a milestone as 40 years of Lauren Fenmore, & her hair, they both have managed to make multiple appearances in Genoa City over the years.

Most recently Danny Romalotti returned for a brief visit to Genoa City to visit his son Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) who just landed back in GC himself.

As for Paul Williams, he hasn’t been on screen for a long time & Y&R fans are upset & very much want him to return. Paul’s wife Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) pops into Genoa City here & there, so why not with her husband?

Bold & Beautiful, Lauren Fenmore Still on Young & the Restless

Yet after 40 years, Lauren Fenmore by Tracey Bregman is more beautiful than ever…

Lauren Fenmore has aged like a fine wine & her husband Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) has aged like an aged Cheddar. This couple compliments one another so classy, long-lasting, & lovely.
