The Ever Entitled & Spoiled Kyle Threatens Chance Chancellor

Today on Young & the Restless, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) threatened the detective that authorized the arrest of his mother, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)

What in the actual hell is going through Kyle Abbott’s mind? Why would he think he could threaten Chance Chancellor after being laughed away by Jeremy Stark (James Hyde)?

Obviously, Kyle would have preferred that Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) would have not arrested his mother for the murder of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).

One would think Kyle would know that threatening the local detective would not help get Diane out of the clink any faster.

Have Chance & Summer Crossed the Line on Young & the Restless?

Maybe Chance Chancellor & Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) have not crossed the line, but it seems they might be in a legal gray area. Summer made damn sure that Chance Chancellor was in attendance at Phyllis’s memorial. Although Chance wasn’t excited about Summer calling Diane out during her mother’s memorial, it’s clear that Chance is in fact watching out for her.

However, with Kyle’s latest episode of dumbassery, will Summer find herself in an intimate gray area with Chance Chancellor? Kyle has increasingly been driving Summer nuts for months with his blind forgiveness & unconditional love for Diane.

Now that Diane has been arrested for Phyllis’ murder, will this be the last straw for Summer & Kyle? Perhaps Summer & Kyle are still peeling the onion in the way of their slow & painful process toward divorce.

…& Chance Chancellor is one of the last layers to be peeled.
