In the way of Grand Phoenix hotel updates, The Woman in the Green Dress (Crystal by Krystal Mosley) has even more lines & even checked in a new guest all by herself.

Is a promotion headed Crystal’s way & even more drama in the Grand Phoenix lobby on Young & the Restless?

The Woman in the Green Dress (Crystal): Now With More Lines

Whoa! Crystal checked in a new guest in front of us from start to finish.

Aside from her briefly talking with Billy during the Newman Media Launch Party. For the longest time, Crystal was simply The Woman in the Green Dress, gainfully employed at The Grand Phoenix.

Crystal was totally on her game, greeting Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) by first & last name as she arrived in the Grand Phoenix hotel lobby. Doesn’t it seem odd that check-in is at the same counter where cocktails are served? Perhaps other hotels should follow suit… Or, maybe not.

Who would want to wait in line for a cocktail behind someone checking into their hotel room & vice versa?

Grand Phoenix Hotel Updates, New Guest Chelsea Lawson (Y&R)

Apparently, the budget is still tight at The Young & the Restless. Ergo, no new home for Chelsea, but a hotel suite at the Grand Phoenix. Odd… (sarcasm), her suite looks pretty much like the other suites at the Grand Phoenix…

Y&R fans could use a new space or 2 to see the residents of Genoa City. It seems sexual intercourse only happens on living room couches & all meals no matter what time of day are consumed in Society.

Hell, when is the last time we saw someone literally go inside Jabot? No more GCAC or Top of the Tower… & Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) never finished the hotel she was building across from Phyllis Summer’s (Michelle Stafford) hotel & it never gets mentioned.

Speaking of Phyllis Summers, she’s either on deck to leave town or has already left for Milan. When asked what she would do with the hotel if she did take the job Summer Newman (Hunter King) offered her at Marchetti, one option was for Crystal to run the hotel.

Is that why Crystal checked in Chelsea? Practice? Also, can we get Crystal a love interest?

Who else thinks Crystal is underutilized? Instead of coupling up couples of the past on Y&R, why don’t we bring a few newbies into the mix? The Man in the Purple Shirt that bartends at Society isn’t bad looking & seems very nice.

What about Jesse Gaines (Jameson Jones)? Where in the hell did he go anyway? He’s not bad-looking but may have a sketchy past. Oh well, Crystal may need some spice in her life.

Otherwise, what about legacy characters Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) or Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)? Either one could use a new lady.

Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) might be too young &/or short for her. Also, he has been totally sad-bastard ever since he got back to Genoa City pining after Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).

Thoughts? Who should be paired with Crystal? How long will Chelsea reside inside the Grand Phoenix?
