Yes, it has been confirmed that Ashland Locke is a guest at the GCAC.
Good thing as he’s not welcome at the Grand Phoenix.
Could Sally Spectra also be residing at the Genoa City Athletic Club?…
Speaking of Sally Spectra… Is She Also Staying at the Genoa City Athletic Club?
Where is Sally Spectra sleeping at night?
She has been asked to end her residency at the Grand Phoenix, but it hasn’t been revealed where she is currently taking up residence.
Before being asked to vacate the Grand Phoenix, Sally had threatened to relocate to the GCAC on her own accord. At the time Phyllis was interested in keeping Sally around… A keep your friends close & your enemies closer sort of program.
Finally, Phyllis had enough & put her on notice to leave within 24 hours. That was a few weeks ago. While it hasn’t been revealed where Sally is staying, it’s now safe to assume she’s staying at the GCAC.
Consider that…
A) It’s still open. B) Ashland Locke is staying there & it’s evident Sally is stirring the pot as it pertains to Tara, Harrison, Kyle, & Summer. C) Where else would she be? Abby’s hotel has opened, let alone been built.
Running… Apparently, Mariah Runs Now (Outside)…
Speaking of the Genoa City Athletic Club, we haven’t seen any of the Genoa City residents working out since we’ve seen the GCAC open for business.
Regardless, why is Mariah running — outside or inside?
While Mariah seems to be the super-woman in town ~~ with being a surrogate to Abby & agreeing to stand up for Kyle at his (now pending) wedding with Summer, she seems to be doing other things that are simply stupid.
Not long ago she made up a business trip to get away from the Chancellor Estate & its residents meanwhile vomiting her way through morning (& afternoon) sickness. Who in the hell would get on a plane on their own accord while dealing with unscheduled vomiting?
Which now leads us to, why is Mariah running (inside or outside)? As far as we’ve seen, she (& the others in GC) are not in the habit of running.
Ultimately, Mariah did trip & fall while running outside, but only hurt her wrist. Abby & Chance’s (Devon’s) baby is fine on Young & the Restless.
Kyle & Summer’s Wedding: Now Pending
Yes, Kyle & Summer’s wedding has been put on hold. Their wedding planning pausing is of course motivated by the pending paternity test involving Harrison Locke, Ashland, & Kyle.
Meanwhile, Tara & Harrison are taking up “temporary” residence at the Abbott Estate as Tara’s divorce from Ashland is pending.
Summer & Tara end up having a sidebar conversation as it relates to where Tara will end up if/when her divorce from Ashland is finalized & Kyle is in fact Harrison’s biological father. Its clear Summer would prefer she move back to New York. Tara, however, claims she would prefer a fresh start… Perhaps in Genoa City, so Harrison can be close to Kyle.
The Neil Winters Experience
This week wrapped up with honoring the life of Neil Winters who passed away in 2019.
Neil’s children created “The Neil Winters Experience” to honor him & his time in Genoa City. Included on the tour was Crimson Lights. Flashback to when Lily was a teenager & we remember Neil spending time with her at the coffee house. Not only did they spend time at Crimson Lights, but also at the Genoa City Athletic Club.
While the GCAC was omitted from The Neil Winters Experience, the venue was brought up by Neil to Lily. He wanted to spend time with Lily there… Working out, eating dinner, etc.
TBD on Y&R:
Apparently, Lola is still “on assignment” in Miami. This of course leaves Elena solo in their apartment. Does this mean Elena will get down with Nate? Who is filling in for Lola at Society? Is Lola coming back to Genoa City?
Billy & Lily have moved out of the Grand Phoenix (owned & run by Phyllis) & into a condo on Chesnut Street (where Billy & Phyllis used to live together). Hmmm…
The Genoa City Athletic Club & What Happens Next on Y&R…
It seems we will learn the paternity of Harrison Locke. Is Kyle in fact Harrison’s biological father, or is Ashland? In light of pot-stirrer Sally Spectra & her ties to Theo, it might be worth considering Theo himself as a potential biological father.
