New Tenant Tucker Becomes BFF with Diane on House Arrest
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is now not only back from the dead, but she’s also back in the Abbott home after being arrested & jailed for Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) murder. Her return to the Abbott Estate occurred just after Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) current nemesis Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) moved in.
Perfect. Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) hates Diane. Jack Abbott hates Tucker. Now they are all under one roof. Nothing could go wrong here.
With Diane being confined to the Abbott Estate grounds per her court-ordered anklet & Tucker being unemployed after selling his company to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), all that is left for these two is to be chummy… Or, at least fake it.
The reason is unbeknownst to Young & the Restless fans why the first place Diane & Tucker bond is outside the Abbott Pool House. What in the actual hell, Diane?
Your son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) just put forth the laziest effort ever to relocate Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), Harrison, & himself to the pool house to give Summer some space from Diane. Then dumbass Diane goes to hang out at the pool house…
Tucker Isn’t Working, but Is Diane? Remote PR of Marchetti
Wouldn’t it be something if Jack were to help get Diane’s mind off of things by having her work remotely for Marchetti from home? Ashley Abbott would lose her mind.
Perhaps Diane working would actually keep her away from the pool house & Summer, however.
Regardless, Jabot Cosmetics hasn’t had a boardroom meeting in years. Ashley has been threatening to get the board members together in light of Jack’s blind obsession with Diane & scaling back at Jabot almost entirely.
Having a presumed murderer provide Public Relations services on behalf of Marchetti which is owned by Jabot Cosmetics would for sure warrant a boardroom meeting.
Tucker McCall Influences Tied Down Diane Jenkins on Y&R
It seems Tucker is attempting to influence Diane to leave Genoa City, but how?
She has a court-ordered anklet. Tucker knows that she is crafty, however. Tucker is also familiar with hanging out in the gray area.
Does Tucker have resources to deactivate her ankle bracelet so she can leave town & assume yet another identity other than Taylor Jensen? If Tucker does have a plan for Diane, will it be in time? Phyllis is scheduled to return from the dead & back to Genoa City coming up.
How will Ashley feel if Tucker helps Diane? Freaking great! Ashley could not hate Diane Jenkins more. However, that would be too easy on Young & the Restless.
