Was Audra really pregnant or is she desperate & trying to get back together with Noah?

Supposedly Audra Charles arrived in Genoa City to oversee the Chancellor Winters IPO. She briefly worked with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), & Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Audra also worked with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) for a hot minute before he turned on his family & the IPO was put on pause.
Audra Charles is quite tight with Tucker McCall (Tyler St. John) & takes him up on secret hotel meetings. It’s not apparent, however, which hotel in Genoa City she is actually staying at on Young & the Restless.
Then there is her ex-boyfriend Noah Newman. After hitting on Nate Hastings without success, it’s clear she’s trying to reboot her relationship with Noah.
After lurking around Genoa City & seemingly ending up almost everywhere Noah Newman is without reconnecting with him, she brings up the baby.
Noah doesn’t know anything about a baby. Audra said she became pregnant when they were going through a rough patch in London & was waiting to tell him after their relationship improved. Accordingly to Audra, their relationship never improved & she miscarried.
How do we or Noah Newman know that Audra really miscarried? Based on what we know about Audra already it’s certainly possible that this pregnancy is made up.
What do you think Audra’s primary agenda is in Genoa City? Does she only want back Noah Newman, or is there more? Did she really miscarry Noah Newman’s baby?
