This week on Young & the Restless we circle back to the Abbott Estate to see how much further Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has dumbed down Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

This week it was revealed that Diane Jenkins-Abbott has dumbed down Jack Abbott even further. Young & the Restless fans had not realized this was possible.
Jack Abbott reached a new level of stupidity when he agreed to Diane’s plan to bring Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) into their inner circle to save Jabot.
Jack thought Diane’s idea to have Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) & Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) buy into Billy actually being their inner circle was genius.
For the love of John Abbott (the late Jerry Douglas)…
Now Jack & Ashley have called a truce & Jack has no idea he’s been duped.
It appears Billy Abbott is not far away from becoming the CEO of Jabot, as in THE CEO. Not Co-CEO. THE CEO.
…& Smilin’ Jack Abbott has no idea…
Well, Smilin’ Jack Abbott will not be smilin’ for much longer. Once Jack finds out that Billy turned on him & will be at the helm of Jabot on his own, you know what will hit the fan.
The new Simply Ashley by Ashley & Tucker will acquire Jabot Cosmetics if their plan goes to plan. As Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) is now running Marchetti under the Jabot umbrella, Billy Abbott will run Jabot under the Simply Ashley umbrella.
Exactly how many umbrellas will there be? Will Marchetti be run under Jabot or Simply Ashley?
Regardless, Jack Abbott will need to find something else to do. Perhaps Jack & Diane can travel the world & give the Abbotts & Y&R fans a break from these repulsive love birds.
If Jack & Diane do travel, perhaps Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) can hire his dad to work with him at Newman Media once he returns to GC… That’s if Kyle is able to keep his job reporting to his new lady friend, Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) that is on the brink of being ousted herself.
This has to be it. There is now no way that Jack Abbott could become even more stupid, or is there?
Perhaps at least for now… Those that have not lost their minds know full well that Diane Jenkins is the manipulative bitch she always has been.
Will Jack Abbott losing his CEO post at Jabot be enough for Diane to leave him? There has to be more, but what? What is Diane’s plan to live the high life with or without Jack Abbott whether she’s in Genoa City or not?
