Intimidated by Jeremy Stark on Y&R, Abbott Money Isn’t Good

Smilin’ Jack Abbott Isn’t Smiling Now, Intimidated by Jeremy Stark

Smilin’ Jack Abbott hasn’t been smiling as much as of late. Most of his time has been spent consoling & hugging his ex & the mother of his child, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).

Lie after lie & hug after hug by & with Diane, then Jeremy Stark arrives in Genoa City…

Jack & his son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are intimidated by Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) & fear that any trouble that he causes in GC will affect little Harrison.

Jeremy Stark, Brought to GC by Phyllis, Ashley, & Nikki on Y&R

The Anti-Diane Team made up of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), & Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) have been working together non-stop to get Diane out of town.

Once they learned that the man who had Diane Jenkins doing his dirty work for him was getting out of the clink, efforts were escalated… Mostly by Phyllis…

As fast as it was learned that Jeremy Stark was getting out of jail, Phyllis placed a courtesy call to let him know exactly where Diane has been spending most of her time ~ the Abbott Estate.

Just as fast as Phyllis placed that call to Jeremy to provide Diane’s location, Jeremy Stark arrived at said location… Face to face with Diane Jenkins, & not-so-Smilin’ Jack Abbott.

Diane Jenkins, Defended by the Abbotts & Their Money (Sort of)

Jack Abbott offered to pay Jeremy Stark off. Jeremy gave Smilin’ Jack a hard no. Then Kyle Abbot offered to pay Jeremy Stark off. Again, a hard no.

It seems that the Abbott name & Abbott money does not supersede 6 years in jail, at least according to Jeremy Stark.

Diane Jenkins doesn’t mind either way. She has now somehow regained the trust of both Jack & her son Kyle. She’s even spent a night at the Abbott Estate so Jack could watch over her & keep her away from big, bad Jeremy Stark.

Now Diane is left to count the days until she can check out of the Grand Phoenix & into the Abbott Estate.

Unless… Jack finally calls BS on Diane & sends her packing back to L.A. to resume living as Taylor Jensen in his supposedly deceased son’s former home. Jack did end up catching Diane & Jeremy Stark in her office having words.
