Breakfast at the GCAC, Now With Cricket Kisses on Y&R

Breakfast at the GCAC on Young & the Restless now includes kisses with Cricket… At least for Danny Romalotti. No mimosas, no wine, but a side of kisses with Cricket.

Red won’t be calling her nemesis Cricket Christine for long after what she saw today at the Genoa City Athletic Club.

Cricket Collaborates with Danny as Did Phyllis, Per Danny

Cricket/Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) is a collaborator. Who knew? Well, she at least helped Danny write his latest song as per Danny Romalotti himself (Michael Damien).

Oh, for Pete’s sake… Really?!? Cricket hasn’t been the only lady that Danny has been with who has sat with him at the piano at the Neil Winters Jazz Lounge. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) certainly has as well.

Lately, Y&R fans have had to rely on Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) for comedy & there was one day of funnies provided by Gloria Fisher (Judith Chapman) for Thanksgiving. Today, Young & the Restless had to at least laugh a bit when Danny shared with Cricket over breakfast at the GCAC that Phyllis also inspired his latest song.

Breakfast Without Mimosas but With Cricket Kisses

Oh, puke. Cricket remains beautiful but boring. She enjoys breakfast with her former dreamboat Danny & yet doesn’t also enjoy even one mimosa or a glass of white wine. Yet, she ends up out of nowhere kissing Danny Romalotti in the GCAC lobby just as Phyllis walks in for lunch with mini-me/Super-Girl/daughter Summer Newman (Allison Lanier).

Sure, Danny & Cricket have a past. Sure, they are totally beautiful together… but Cricket is boring!

Is Christine even back to being Christine Blair yet? Or, is she still Christine Williams? Young & the Restless fans thought Christine & the most well-known GCPD Chief of Police Paul Williams were already divorced. Then out of the blue Paul called Christine to Portugal to attempt to salvage their marriage without success.

How is Cricket already kissing Danny in public in the middle of the day after breakfast at the GCAC??

Breakfast at the GCAC, Then Lunch with Phyllis & Summer

Young & the Restless fans are pretty sure that Phyllis invited Summer to lunch at the GCAC to talk about her rekindled feelings for Danny after gabbing about Summer’s feelings for Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) at Crimson Lights.

Will Phyllis unpack her reaction to Cricket & Danny’s impromptu kiss with Summer? Or, will she totally pivot & claim she’s been online dating to make up a crush that has nothing to do with Genoa City?

Regardless, Phyllis’s commitment to Danny to call her least favorite bug Christine, has likely expired.
