Queen Sharon’s New ankle bracelet is non-existent in Genoa City on Young & the Restless. What is up with that? The last time someone was arrested for killing someone they did not kill they were put on house arrest. What is Sharon doing in & out of Crimson Lights like nothing just happened?
Let’s rant, Young & the Restless fans!!…
It wasn’t long ago Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) was arrested for killing Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Well, Diane didn’t kill Phyllis & Phyllis faked her death & Phyllis is back. Until Phyllis came back from her short period of death after attending her how memorial, Diane Jenkins was given a piece of jewelry to keep her on house arrest at the Abbott Estate. To make things even better, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) was living at the Abbott house at the time with Ashley & had plenty of time to bond with Diane.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) was able to eventually get Diane out of the clink, but she was not allowed to leave the Abbott Estate until Phyllis came out of the fake death closet.
Now Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has been arrested for a murder she apparently did not commit & she is running free all over Genoa City on Young & the Restless courtesy of attorney Michael Baldwin.
How is Sharon Newman running Crimson Lights & all over town after just confessing to killing Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) on Y&R? Sure, Sharon didn’t kill Heather, but Sharon doesn’t know that yet. Also, Sharon has had back to back to back mental health challenges including lashing out at Heather’s family in public in Genoa City. Now it seems she was involved in the car accident that caused Phyllis Summer to be put into a coma. Sharon may not have been involved, but she doesn’t know that yet either.
On paper & in person Sharon seems like quite the loose cannon & should be restrained. Actually, she should have been put into inpatient treatment months ago with or without Dead Cameron (Linden Ashby). Even though Sharon didn’t kill Heather Stevens, she would have not been available to frame by Genoa City’s newest teamsters up to no good, Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk) & Ian Ward (Ray Wise).
How do you feel about Sharon being able to run Crimson Lights after confessing to Heather’s murder? Do you think she should check herself into a clinic before she gets checked into prison? Also, Genoa City residents continue to visit Crimson Lights. What’s up with that?
